Breathwork for self-regulation
Breathwork framework integrates neurobiology theory of emotional systems (Affective Neuroscience), child development and Traditional Pranayama principles of nervous system and emotions (Yoga Science).
Breathwork outcomes will be self-evident when child or adult gain confidence to calmly tune into their internal experience with pain whilst engaging with the source of distress.
Practitioner carries responsibility for your health to advise when this treatment approach may not be the pathway to alleviate your pain/distress.
