Self-regulation - breath-work treatment

  • Breath-work framework integrates neurobiology theory of emotional systems (Affective Neuroscience), child development and Traditional Pranayama principles of nervous system and emotions (Yoga Science).

  • Breath-work outcomes will be self-evident when child or adult gain confidence to calmly tune into their internal experience with pain whilst engaging with the source of distress.

  • W-E carries responsibility for your health to advise when this treatment approach may not be the pathway to alleviate your pain/distress.
