Breath-work classes - Pranayama (Tue online)  

Tools for those who are living with: emotional conditions (grief, anxiety, depression), chronic pain, neuropathy.

Suitable for anyone (12yrs and older).

Therapeutic yoga classes (Tue online)

For anyone living with disability or specific physical condition due to injury or illness.

Classes will be held with people either sitting in chair and/or lying down with cushions.

Hatha/Vinyasa classes (Tue and Sat online)

Yoga for preventative health.

Suryanamaskar (spinal strength), Asanas (movement), Pranayama (breathwork) and Dharna (meditation).

Suitable for anyone (12yrs and older).
